We moved into our 2 BHK at Mantri Splendor a few months ago. The super built-up area is 1230 Sq.ft, which is quite comfortable for us. The community amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. We appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, it makes us feel safe. The location is decent, close enough to necessities. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty and congested during certain times of the day. The price was on the higher side, around 1.09 Cr, but the quality of construction and the amenities offered were satisfactory.
