    I recently invested in a 5 BHK unit at Mantri Serenity 3 in South Bangalore. The developer, Mantri Develope, has a significant presence, and the project's ready-to-move status was appealing. The connectivity is a major plus, with both NICE Road and Peripheral Ring Road being nearby. This makes travel very efficient. The range of amenities is impressive, including a club house, amphitheater, and indoor games. My primary concern, however, relates to the internal roads within Subramanyapura; they are quite narrow and can get dusty, especially during construction periods nearby. Despite this, the comprehensive security features like video door security and intercom, along with the 24x7 water supply and power backup, provide a good level of comfort and security for the residents. It appeato be a sound long-term investment.

    We were looking for a place with good schools nearby and Mantri Serenity 3 fits the bill. Delhi Public School Bengaluru South is nearby, which is fantastic for us. The project has a lot of amenities for the kids too, like the swimming pool and indoor games. We bought a 3 BHK, and while the space is decent, the balcony feels a little small for the price we paid. The connectivity is great though, with NICE Road and Peripheral Ring Road practically at our dootep. Getting around Bengaluru is much easier now. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are also big reliefs. Overall, it's a convenient location for families, just wish the balcony was bigger.
