    After much searching, I finalized a 2 BHK flat at Mantri Kishor Park. It's a ready to move property in Ashok Nagar, Pune, with a built-up area of 1000 square feet. The price was about 1.5 Crore. My priority was proximity to essential services, and this project is very close to the hospital and school. It's also a gated community with a children's play area and landscaping, which is nice. Mantri Realty has provided power backup, which is essential. The only issue I found is the dust on Renge Hills Road due to ongoing development nearby, but inside the complex, it's clean. Overall, a good purchase for my family.
