Finally bought my fit home at Mantri Courtyard in South Bangalore. I looked at a few places but this seemed like a good starting point. I chose a 3 BHK villa which is around 1690 sq.ft. The price was about 1.27 Crore which fit my budget. It is ready to move which was a big plus for me. The location in BSK 6th Stage, 4th T Block is quite good, close to Kanakapura Main Road. I liked the children's play area and the swimming pool. The developer Mantri Developeseems to have a decent reputation. I am a bit worried about how the traffic will be on Kanakapura Main Road during peak houthough. Overall, it feels like a safe bet for my fit property.

The key factor for us was the proximity to Jnana Sweekar Public School, which is nearby, making school runs very easy. The children's play area and the swimming pool are fantastic for the kids. It’s ready to move, which was essential as we didn't want to wait. The developer, Mantri Develope, has equipped the project with good amenities like power backup and landscaping. A slight drawback is that Gleneagles BGS Hospital is nearby, which feels a bit far in case of an emergency. Still, the convenience for school and the overall space make it a good choice for us.

Otherwise, the project seems solid and the villa is comfortable.
