My wife and I recently moved into our new 2 BHK at Mantra 7 Hills. We were renting a smaller place and wanted more space. Our new apartment has a carpet area of 1124 square feet, which is fantastic. We love the cycling and jogging track for our exercise. The project is ready to move, and it was completed in June 2021. Being close to Sinhagad Road and not too far from DSK SCHOOL makes it convenient. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The only slight inconvenience is that the carpet area for some of the smaller 2 BHK units, around 320 square feet, felt a bit compact for our needs.

The developer, Mantra Properties, seems to have provided adequate facilities. The only slight drawback is the road access directly to the project could be better; it gets a bit dusty sometimes.
