This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. Mansi Enclave seemed like a good starting point. The 2 BHK flat is 1170 square feet, which is a decent size for me. I liked that it was ready to move, so I could see exactly what I was getting. The price of 58.0 Lakh onwards was within my budget. The main concern for me is the traffic getting onto the Sardar Patel Ring road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, having the metro station at Thaltej only about 5.84 kilometeaway is a good backup. The builde, Mansi Builde, seem to have delivered a solid product.

We moved into Mansi Enclave a couple of months ago. The apartment size is good, 1170 square feet for a 2 BHK feels quite spacious. Being ready to move was a big plus for us, we didn't want to wait. The entrance lobby looks nice and the lift is always working, which is important. The location in Bopal is convenient, close enough to the Sardar Patel Ring road for getting around Ahmedabad. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a relief. We are still settling in but so far it’s been a pleasant experience.
