I just bought my fit home here at Mansi Empire. I needed something manageable and the 1350 sq.ft 2 BHK seemed perfect. The price was around 47.25 Lakh, which fit my budget. I liked that there is a Swimming Pool and a Gymnasium available, plus the Yoga Room is a nice bonus for unwinding after work. The location in South Bopal is convenient for getting around Ahmedabad. Construction is still ongoing, expected completion is May 2023. The builder, Mansi Builde, seems reliable based on their past projects. Double basement parking with CCTV is also a good security feature.

We decided on Mansi Empire for our fit property together. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with the larger ones going up to 3235 sq.ft. We picked one around 1800 sq.ft. The price point for these larger units is between 60 Lakh to 1.13 Crore. Being near the 45 Mtr Road and Sanand Road is great for commuting to our IT jobs. Mansi Buildehas included good amenities like a Multipurpose Room and a Garden Lawn. The only slight drawback is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected. We are hoping the Fire Fighting System is top-notch. The Swimming Pool and Splash Pool are definite plus points for weekend relaxation.
