It is also close to M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School, nearby. I purchased a 1289 sq.ft 3 BHK flat for about 95.4 Lakh. The building offe24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which provides peace of mind. The construction quality looks robust, and it's ready to move. My only minor issue is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes.
