My wife and I chose Manor Block B for our retirement because we wanted a place that is simple and manageable. We opted for the 3 BHK flat which offe1091 square feet of carpet area. It is very spacious for just the two of us. We really value the fire fighting system and the sewage treatment plant installed by DRK Buildebecause safety and hygiene are our top priorities at this age. The location in Iskcon City is quite peaceful. We do feel that the road leading up to the main gate could be maintained better as it gets a bit dusty during the afternoons, but otherwise, the project is solid and well planned for senior citizens.

Shifting to Manor Block B has been a good move for our kids because of the proximity to Narayana E. M. High school. We needed something close by so we do not have to spend houin the school bus commute. The flat layout is practical and we have enough space for the kids to study. DRK Buildehas managed to deliver a clean, ready to move product which is quite rare to find these days without paying a premium. The 3 BHK configuration with 1091 square feet is a good size to hold value over the coming yeaWhile the internal finishes are basic, they are durable. My main concern is that there is not much commercial activity right at the dootep, so you do need to travel a bit for major shopping needs. However, for a residential purpose, it is a very logical choice for the price point.
