We were looking for a ready to move flat and Manoj Torna Mohar fit the bill. We got a 2 BHK which is around 587 sq.ft carpet area. The price was within our budget, about 55 Lakhs. It's nice that they have a children's play area and also some recreation facilities. Location in Ambegaon Budruk is good, close to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL which is nearby. My husband liked the idea of rain water harvesting and water conservation. The only thing is the parking is closed car parking, which is fine, but can get a bit tight sometimes when friends visit. Overall, happy with the purchase so far.
