Maa Homes Construction has provided a ready-to-move option which saved me a lot of hassle. The apartment size is comfortable for a single peon, and the general upkeep of the building seems good. My main concern is the limited visitor parking; it can be an issue when friends come over. Otherwise, the connectivity and nearby facilities make it a very convenient place to live.
