We chose Manohar Crown for our family. The main reason was its proximity to Smart WondeSchool, which is nearby. This makes the morning commute so much easier. We got a 3 BHK apartment, measuring 2100 sq.ft, which offeenough space for our two children. The location in Sector 90-Mohali is developing well. It's nice that the building is ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The only slight concern is the traffic noise from the nearby Kharar-Landran Road at peak hou, but we are getting used to it. Manohar Singh and Company seems to have delivered a practical home.

However, the project was completed back in December 2013, so it’s quite an older inventory. I would need to see rental yields and future appreciation forecasts carefully. The lack of information on amenities is also a drawback for assessing future value.

Finally bought my fit apartment in Manohar Crown. I was looking for something ready to move and this project by Manohar Singh and Company fit the bill. I checked out the 2100 sq.ft 3 BHK option. The location in Sector 90-Mohali seems convenient, close to the Kharar-Landran Road. It felt like a good fit investment. The building looks decent enough, though some common areas could use a bit more cleaning. Parking might be a bit tight when the complex is full, which is something I noticed. Overall, it feels like a solid start for me.
