Mannat Infra is developing it, and construction is expected to finish by December 2027. I chose this location for its proximity to the Patto Footbridge Bus Stand, making travel easier. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are key, and the location seems to offer that. The area is quite central in Panaji. I am a little concerned about the ongoing construction noise, but I assume that's temporary. I'm looking forward to moving in.
