The price of 37.79 Lakh onwards was acceptable, though perhaps a little on the higher side for the immediate locality. However, the fact that it's ready to move in and was completed in October 2023 by Manjuvel Properties Pvt Ltd made it a convenient choice. The gated community setup and 24/7 water supply are essential features we looked for. One thing that could be improved is the parking situation; if you have two vehicles, it can feel a bit cramped. We are still settling in, but the initial impression of the construction quality and the general upkeep of common areas is positive. The storm water drains are a practical addition.
