We got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area between 537 and 621 square feet. It feels spacious enough for our family. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains are essential for us. My only concern is the traffic noise from the nearby Nashik-Pune Road sometimes, especially during peak houAlso, finding parking can be a bit tricky sometimes with open parking available. We are happy with the location though.
