We were looking for a comfortable home in a developing area for our kids. Manhattan E Building by Pride Group in Charholi Budruk seemed like a good fit. The Pune International School is nearby, which is incredibly convenient for morning drop-offs. We booked a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 600 sq.ft. The prices were in the 60 Lakh range, which was manageable for us. The amenities like the kids' play area and the swimming pool are great. My only concern is that the roads around Charholi Budruk can get a bit congested during peak hou, but hopefully, that will improve as the area develops further. The expected completion is December 2024, so we are eagerly waiting.

This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Manhattan E Building in Pune. I found the 2 BHK configurations with carpet areas between 560 to 624 sq.ft to be a good starting point. The budget of around 59.13 Lakh to 65.89 Lakh felt reasonable for a new project. I liked the idea of having a Cricket Pitch and a Reflexology Park within the complex. The developer, Pride Group, seems to have a decent track record. The construction is currently underway, with completion expected by December 2024. One thing I noticed is that the nearby roads like Alandi Road can be quite dusty during construction phases, but I guess that's part of buying under construction. Overall, I'm hopeful this will be a good investment.

I am a bit concerned about the lack of readily available bank approvals mentioned, as it might make things complicated for my parents if they need a loan. However, overall, the project seems to offer a comfortable living space.
