I was looking for a plot to build my own home and found Manglam Vihar Ext Part I. The location on Grand Sikar Road is really accessible, and it's great that Motu Ka Was Bus Stop is right at nearby, making public transport easy. I chose a 890 Sq.ft plot, which feels like a good size for me. The developer, Mangalam BDL L, has the project ready to move, which was a priority. Having schools like Dronacharya International School and a hospital like Chirayu Hospital so close is very reassuring. My only gripe is the parking situation within the plot, it feels a bit tight if you plan to have guests with caBut for my peonal needs, it's fine.

The main Sikar Road access is good, but the internal roads could be better maintained, a bit dusty and uneven in places. I hope they will address this soon for my parents' comfort. Overall, a decent option for them.

My wife wanted something close to essential services, and Chirayu Hospital being right there is a big plus. We opted for the 2430 Sq.ft plot, which gives us plenty of space to build a modest home for our retirement. The developer, Mangalam BDL L, seems to have completed the project by March 2022, which is good. My only concern is the dust on the road leading to the plots, it can get quite botheome during drier periods. Otherwise, it feels like a peaceful place to settle.
