The location on Grand Sikar Road is really accessible, and it's great that Motu Ka Was Bus Stop is right at nearby, making public transport easy. I chose a 890 Sq.ft plot, which feels like a good size for me. The developer, Mangalam BDL L, has the project ready to move, which was a priority. Having schools like Dronacharya International School and a hospital like Chirayu Hospital so close is very reassuring. My only gripe is the parking situation within the plot, it feels a bit tight if you plan to have guests with caBut for my peonal needs, it's fine.

My only concern is the dust on the road leading to the plots, it can get quite botheome during drier periods. Otherwise, it feels like a peaceful place to settle.
