We finally bought our own flat at Manglam Mayfair Residency. After renting for yea, upgrading to a 3 BHK of 1650 square feet feels amazing. The project is ready to move, which was perfect for us. We really liked the Vastu compliant design and the fact that it has an earthquake-resistant structure. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief compared to our rental place. Parking is ample. The only slight drawback we noticed is the dust on the approach road, but once you are inside the complex, it's quiet. The price was within our budget, which is great. Manglam Buildehas delivered on their promises so far.
