    We were renting nearby and decided to upgrade to a larger home in Mangla Anand. The 3 BHK configuration appealed to us, especially the generous super built-up area of 2545 square feet. It feels so much more open than our old place. The location in Gorwa is decent, and it’s just a short walk to the Genda Circle Bus Stop, which is handy. Mangla Group is the developer. The construction looks solid. Our only minor concern is the parking situation; it might feel a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles. But for now, it’s a great improvement for our family.
