We checked out Mangalam Heights last week. The 2 BHK apartments look decent, especially the 612 sq.ft ones, they feel quite spacious for the price point they usually go for. Being close to Gorwa means the commute isn't too bad. We liked the idea of having a children's play area for when we start our family. Mangalam Group seems to have a good reputation.
