We moved into Mandakini Garden about six months ago and have found it quite peaceful. The location in Patia, near Prasanti Vihar, is very convenient for daily needs. I particularly appreciate the Vastu compliant design of the apartment. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are also big relief. We got a 2 BHK which is around 1102 square feet, a good size for us now. The builder, Mandakini Resorts Pvt. Ltd, seems to have a good reputation. The landscaping within the complex is well done, making it pleasant to walk around. Maintenance seems reasonable so far. It's a quiet neighbourhood.
