My husband and I were tired of paying rent and decided to finally buy our own place. We chose a 4 BHK at Manbhum Ivy because it felt like a good value for money in Banjara Hills. The 3416 square feet built-up area gives us ample space for our home office and guests. The location is excellent, very close to Meridian School. We were a bit concerned about the completion status and OC, as that information wasn't readily available, but the project is ready to move in. Power backup is a big relief. While the price of 2.39 Crore onwards is significant for us, we see it as a long-term investment.

We finally moved into our 4 BHK at Manbhum Ivy last month. The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Meridian School, which is literally nearby. This makes the morning drop-off so much easier for the kids. The built-up area is a spacious 3416 square feet, giving us plenty of room. There's also a children's play area within the complex which they love. Power backup is good, we haven't faced any issues with electricity cuts. The only minor thing is the traffic on Road No 13 can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's Banjara Hills so that's expected. Overall, it’s a good place for families.
