The location near Suchitra Academy International School (0.5 km) is a major advantage for us, saving commute time for the kids. They also have a dedicated kids play area which is nice. The community buildings and multipurpose room will be useful for family gatherings. The price is a bit steep, starting from 71.87 L, but we feel the amenities and location justify it. The construction is currently underway and expected to finish by December 2026.
