The location in Ashok Nagar, Himayath Nagar is quite good and centrally located in Hyderabad. We opted for a 3 BHK which is comfortable for us. The availability of power backup is a relief, as power cuts can be frequent sometimes. Having reserved parking is also a major convenience. St. Paul's High School is just a stone's throw away, which is great for my younger son. The only minor drawback is the slightly higher price point compared to other projects we saw, but given the location and amenities, it felt justified. The building looks well-maintained.

The 3 BHK flat we saw had good ventilation. We were impressed with the reserved parking provided. The RTC X Roads Metro Station is nearby, which is decent for commuting. We are both working in IT and need good connectivity. The only slight issue we noticed was the traffic noise during peak hou, but that’s expected in such a prime location in Hyderabad.
