The 2 BHK unit with 598 square feet of carpet area feels just about enough for my needs now that the children have moved out. I checked the plans and they have included sewage treatment plants and proper storm water drains which is good for the locality. The location near Chanod Colony is convenient for my evening walks. Construction is still going on and I hope the March 2028 deadline is met without delays. It is a peaceful area right now, though I worry that the construction noise might peist for a while. Everything looks decent for a standard residential project in Vapi.
