I bought a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 893 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for a single peon or a small family. The price was around 45 Lakh, making it an accessible entry point into the Mysore real estate market. Being close to Vivekananda Road and KRoad is beneficial. Manasa Developecompleted this project a while ago, but it looks well-maintained. The children's play area is a nice amenity, though I won't be using it myself. The main challenge is finding parking space if I have guests over.
