We were looking for a home near good schools for our children, and Manasa Anantha Leela is very close to Marimallappa's PU College and High School, nearby. The 3 BHK apartments offer a good amount of space, with built-up areas ranging from 1485 Sq.ft to 1780 Sq.ft. Having a Children's Play Area within the complex is a big plus for the kids. The proximity to Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru at nearby also gives us peace of mind. The price point is reasonable for the amenities and location, around 85 Lakhs for the 3 BHK. The developer, Manasa Develope, seems to have put thought into family needs.
