Being ready to move in was a big advantage as I wanted to rent it out quickly. The location on Wardha Road in Nagpur is developing, so I am expecting good appreciation. Mananya Infracon seems to have completed this project on time based on the 2014 completion date. Power backup is a good feature to have for tenants. The earthquake-resistant structure is also a reassuring factor, though hopefully never needed. Overall, a sound investment choice for this market.
