My partner and I bought a 5000 Sq.ft plot at Manani North City. We are both in IT and the connectivity to the airport area was a major draw. The project by Manani Projects has a good list of amenities, including a gymnasium and an aerobics room, which we plan to use regularly. The price range, up to 75.0 Lakhs for larger plots, was manageable for us. We liked that it's a ready to move in project. The proximity to Ananya Public School (5 mins) and Neha Prakash Hospital (11 mins) is also very convenient. The only thing that slightly bothered us was the dust from ongoing construction in adjacent areas, but we expect that to settle down.
