We are planning to build a house on the plot in a couple of yeaThe price for this plot was around 5 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area and proximity to schools. Manafuli Amtala Housing Complex is also connected to Jaigir Ghat Road and Kailash Ghosh Road. The only small issue is that the road leading to the complex can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's typical for developing areas.
