We decided to buy a flat in Mana Uber Verdant for our retirement. The availability of a natural pond and ample landscaping was very appealing. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments which are 1484 Sq.ft built up. It's spacious enough for our family when they visit. The price range is quite high, 1.86 Cr for the larger units, but we felt the amenities like the sauna bath and amphitheater justify it. Having ORCHIDS The International School and Manipal Hospital Sarjapur Road practically at the dootep is a huge relief. The project is vastu compliant, which was important for us. While the project is ready to move, the lack of information on OC received is a bit concerning. Overall, it feels like a peaceful place to settle.
