The smart children's play area is a big draw, and the skating rink is also something the kids are excited about. We picked a 4100 Sq.ft plot so we have enough space to build a comfortable home. It is ready to move, which is great. The location in Biddapur Colony is convenient. We appreciate the water conservation and rain water harvesting features mentioned. The only thing we are a bit concerned about is the parking situation for visito, it might get tricky on busy days. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice for families.
