The landscaping and tree planting throughout the complex give it a very green and pleasant feel. The gymnasium is well-equipped, which is great for staying active. We also find the nearby Be Well Hospitals Poonamallee, just over 6 kilometeaway, very convenient for any health needs. The apartment itself is spacious and well-built. The construction by Malles Constructions seems solid. We haven't faced any major issues so far. The common areas are kept clean.
