I particularly appreciate the proximity to MGM Healthcare and the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school, even though my children are grown. The flat is ready to move, which suited me perfectly. Malles Constructions has provided a nice living space. Being a 'green home' is a bonus, although I'm not fully familiar with all its benefits. My only small concern is that the roads leading directly to the building are a bit narrow.
