    We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Chennai South and Malles Ashok Avenue seemed like a good option. The location in Kodambakkam is quite central. Having Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School right at nearby is incredibly convenient for families. Also, MGM Healthcare being nearby is a huge plus for any medical emergencies. We considered it for investment purposes, and the fact that it is ready to move in saves a lot of waiting time. The developer, Malles Constructions, has a decent track record. My only concern is the proximity to the main road, which might lead to some noise pollution. Overall, it feels like a solid, albeit not luxurious, investment.
