Malles Akankssha offered a 4 BHK villa, and while it's larger than I strictly need, the price of 1.75 crore was reasonable for the space. It's ready to move, which suited me. The swimming pool and spa are great for unwinding after a long day at work. The proximity to Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital is reassuring, even though I don't have kids. The only minor issue is the landscaping feels a bit basic in some sections.
