We were looking for something ready to move in the East Bangalore area and Malibu Belezza fit the bill. The 2 BHK flats here are between 1110 and 1335 square feet, which gives us enough space. Having Forum Value Mall literally nearby is super convenient for shopping and movies. We also liked the children's play area and the gym they have. The price range was also within our budget, around 36.63 Lakh to 44.06 Lakh. The only minor issue is that the traffic on Whitefield Varthur Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common in this part of the city. Overall, it seems like a good option for us.
