The flat size of 1326 square feet built-up is ample for them. The nearby Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals is also a crucial factor for their well-being. My only concern is the distance to the Vastral Metro Station, which is almost 6 kilometeaway, but they don't use public transport often. The paved compound and terrace lounge are nice touches.
