We were looking for a ready to move property in Gurgaon and found Making Good Happen. The 3 BHK builder floor is quite spacious, around 1935 square feet built up, which is perfect for us. It's located in Sushant Lok Phase 1, close to Golf Coue Road. Getting to NH 48 is also convenient, only about 5 kilometeaway, which helps for weekend trips. The construction was completed in December 2023, so it's quite new. The price point of 3.25 crore onwards was a bit high for us, but we liked the overall feel of the builder floor. Parking is available, which is a plus.

We decided to buy a builder floor at Making Good Happen for a peaceful retirement. The 1935 square feet built-up area in the 3 BHK configuration is quite comfortable. It is ready to move, having been completed in December 2023. The location in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Golf Coue Road, is relatively serene compared to some other parts of Gurgaon. It's good that Unicosmos School is only 1.86 kilometeaway, as we have grandchildren who visit often. My only minor gripe is that OC received status is not available yet, which is something I would prefer to have. However, the presence of a lift and car parking are convenient.
