Being able to reach IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL in minutes is reassuring. We bought a 1255 square feet 3 BHK. The built-up area is generous. The budget was around 5 crore, which is significant but justifiable given the location and amenities like 24x7 water supply. The construction by Majumder Construction appeato be of good standard.
