While the location offegood connectivity to roads like Diamond Harbour Road, the immediate surroundings are still developing, and some areas can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction work. However, the planned amenities and the reasonable flat sizes are positive factofor a comfortable retirement.

We were looking for a new flat in Kolkata and found Majumder Ichhedana. The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of 565 sq.ft, which seems decent for us. It's under construction and expected to be ready by October 2026. The location in Thakurpukur is quite good, with Diamond Harbour Road nearby. This makes commuting easier for my office job. James Long Sarani Road is also nearby. My partner really liked the planned layout when we visited the site.
