We moved into Maitreya World 1 a couple of months ago. The location in Vivekanand Nagar is quite peaceful. Being retired, I appreciate the quiet surroundings. It is very close to MKH Sancheti Public School, which is good if you have grandchildren visiting. The proximity to the hospital, Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, is also reassuring. The developer, Maitreya Develope, seems to have focused on basic amenities. The connectivity is excellent with Wardha Road and Ring Road just a short walk away. We found the apartment layout to be quite practical for our needs. The ready-to-move aspect was crucial for us.
