We bought our retirement home in Maithri Pride last year. The 3 BHK flat is 1130 square feet, and it feels very comfortable. We wanted something ready to move, and this fit the bill perfectly. The children's play area is a nice touch for when our grandchildren visit. Being retired, proximity to essential services is key, and it’s good that Global City International School is nearby. Rainbow Children's Hospitals is also reasonably close. The price was 2.43 crore, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the quality of construction seems solid. The power backup is also a great amenity to have.

The location in Bangalore East, Kaggadasapura is convenient for daily commutes, although getting onto the main roads can be a bit of a challenge with traffic sometimes. The building itself has decent amenities like a gymnasium and security. They also have rainwater harvesting, which is good. The price range for the flats, around 2.21 crore for our unit, was within what we could afford with our government salaries. The maintenance staff is usually responsive when we have issues. This is my very fit flat purchase, and I chose Maithri Pride. I went for a 2 BHK, which has a builtup area of 1030 square feet. The price was 2.21 crore. It’s located in Kaggadasapura, which is a developing area in Bangalore East. The developer, Maithri Develope, has been around for a while. I liked that it is ready to move. The gym and children's play area were good draws. My only reservation is that the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby. Also, the actual completion was back in January 2010, and the OC is not listed, which made me a bit nervous during the legal checks. However, the flat itself is decent.
