The children's play area is a nice touch for future family plans. It's also good that they have 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance. The location is decent, close to Doon International Public School which is nearby. However, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for our daily commute. Overall, it's a decent project from Mairaa Infrastructure.
