The apartment size is around 330 Sq.ft, which is compact but should be enough for a single peon. Mainland Spaces Llp seems to have good basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant planned. The construction is under way and expected to finish by December 2028. While the location is convenient for work, I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Bibwewadi Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it's manageable. The carpet area is decent for the price point they are aiming for, which I assume will be reasonable.

  Looking for a modest home in Pune, I came across Mainland The Capital. The 1 RK configuration with a carpet area starting from 330 Sq.ft seems quite adequate for my needs now that the children have moved out. Mainland Spaces Llp is developing this project in Bibwewadi. I particularly liked that they are including water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems, which is responsible planning. The completion date is set for December 2028, giving them ample time. My only reservation is that the Garware College Metro Station is nearby, making public transport a bit of a stretch for longer journeys, but for local commutes, it should be fine.
