The apartment size is around 330 Sq.ft, which is compact but should be enough for a single peon. Mainland Spaces Llp seems to have good basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant planned. The construction is under way and expected to finish by December 2028. While the location is convenient for work, I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Bibwewadi Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it's manageable. The carpet area is decent for the price point they are aiming for, which I assume will be reasonable.
