The 2 BHK configuration I chose has a carpet area of 590 Sq.ft, which is adequate for my needs. It's a ready-to-move project, so no waiting period, which was ideal. Mahira Infrastructure has ensured basic facilities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. The electrical meter room is also well-placed. While the property itself is good, the access road to the main highway could be slightly wider, but it's manageable.

Water supply has been consistent so far, which is important. The main concern is the traffic on Vrindavan Nagar main road during peak hou, it can get quite busy.
