My husband and I were looking for our fit home in Gurgaon. We liked the contemporary architecture of Mahindra Aura. We chose a 2 BHK apartment, which is 990 Sq.ft. The price was 1.45 Cr. It is ready to move, which is great because we didn't want to wait. The location near Dwarka Expressway is convenient for our work. We really liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The street lighting gives a nice feel in the evening. The only thing is the price is a bit high, but considering the developer and the amenities, we felt it was worth it. The peaceful surroundings are a big plus for us after a long day at work.

We needed a place with good schools nearby for our children. The Maurya School is nearby, which is fantastic. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments in Mahindra Aura, and they are quite spacious, ranging from 1550 Sq.ft to 2740 Sq.ft. The project is ready to move, and we were impressed with the kid's pool and the cricket pitch. My son is already excited about playing there. The club house facilities also look good for family time. We are paying around 2.2 Cr for our 3 BHK. The only minor issue is the construction dust from nearby sites, but hopefully that will settle down. Overall, it's a good environment for raising a family.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Mahindra Aura. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1550 Sq.ft. The price was 1.9 Cr. It’s ready to move, which made the process easier for me as a new buyer. The developer, Mahindra Lifespaces, seemed trustworthy. I liked the clubhouse and the kids' pool. The location near Dwarka Expressway is quite good. My parents were also impressed with the spaciousness of the apartment. The only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a little hesitant, but the building looks solid. I am hopeful this will be a good start.

I found the design to be quite contemporary. The amenities like the volleyball court and amphitheater are well-maintained. My main concern is the traffic noise from the nearby Dwarka Expressway, especially during peak hou, which can be quite significant. However, the overall build quality and the spaciousness of the apartment are commendable. The 100% power backup is also a significant plus.

The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good for attracting tenants. I am optimistic about rental yields.
