The developer Mahima Infracon Pvt Ltd has included features like 24/7 Gated Security with CCTV and a RO water system, which are important for my parents' safety and well-being. The project is surrounded by sprawling greenery, which my mother will love. The 1444 Sq.ft 2 BHK flat is a comfortable size for them. While the price is between 82 L and 97.35 L, the peace of mind knowing they are in a secure and comfortable environment with essential amenities nearby is worth it. I have heard good things about the landscaping.

We were looking for a home with good space for our two kids and Mahima Greenex seemed to fit the bill. The 1444 Sq.ft 2 BHK felt quite roomy, and the developer Mahima Infracon Pvt Ltd mentioned landscaping and tree planting which I liked. Having Prabhujee English Medium School literally nearby was a huge factor for us. It makes the morning rush so much easier. The price range for the 2 BHK flats, around 82 L, was at the higher end of our budget, but the proximity to the school and the overall green environment sold us. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions for when we have free time. We are still waiting to see how the community develops.

The price point starting around 82 L seemed reasonable for a new property in Bhubaneswar. Mahima Infracon Pvt Ltd has included good amenities such as a gymnasium and swimming pool, which are nice to have. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can get quite congested trying to get anywhere. However, the internal roads within the project seem well-planned. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus.

We liked that it's ready to move, though the completion date is February 2026, which is a bit confusing. The location in Hanspal is developing, and being close to Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital is reassuring, even if we don't need it now. The amenities like the rooftop club and open gym are great for our lifestyle. The price, around 97.35 L for the larger flats, is steep, but the modern facilities and the developer's reputation convinced us. The piped gas system is also a convenience we really appreciate.
