The price was within our budget, around 33.88 Lakh. Mahima Group has been developing projects for a while. It's ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after purchase. The location on Ajmer Road is decent, though the actual access road to the project is a bit narrow. We appreciate the basic amenities like lifts and 24x7 security. It's not a brand new project, completed in 2008, so it lacks some of the ultra-modern features, but it feels like a solid home for us. We are happy with the upgrade.
