Mahavir Shantam Sapphire in Ambawadi offered a 3 BHK configuration with a carpet area of approximately 750 square feet, which is a good step up for us. The proximity to the Shreyas Metro Station, a short distance, is perfect for my commute to work. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by March 2025. While the location is good, the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during construction, which is a minor nuisance. Mahavir Infra is the developer, and we are trusting their commitment to timely delivery. Having 24X7 water supply and power backup is a must-have for us.
